La Yesera

La Yesera is about 75 acres of beautiful rolling hills covered in almond and olive trees looking into a delightful valley where wild goats and boar roam and no one living too close enough to spoil it. It is the place I intend to retire to quite soon and I am building a log cabin home on it. The log cabin has been ordered from America www.logcabinhomes.com, it is the Blueridge 2.
I had a bulldozer flatten an area of about two thousand square metres and also put a new track road in to it. I had a specialist team in to dig a well, they found water at 151 meters down. The water quality seems to be good for drinking and the estimate is about 2 litres per second, more than enough for my needs and I will of course get a water analysis done.
I am building a large garage workshop on the land to take two cars and enough space as a workshop whilst the log cabin is being built. I am installing solar panels and a wind generator on the roof of the garage to provide all the electrical needs, and that with the Well will make me self sufficient in utilities. I will not even have a telephone except the mobile and will eventually install an up/down link satelite connection for the internet.
